Biografía

Evangeline Inman has a long history in the music industry as a singer, songwriter, producer, and multiple award-winning recording artist. In her illustrious career she has released 10 albums and has written over 1,000 songs. Not only have her CDs garnered industry recognition from the Gospel Music Association of Canada and the East Coast Music Assocation, but her songs have also been featured on Integrity’s Maximum Worship album recognizing the top 25 Worship Songs in Canada, and CMC’s Sea to Sea album featuring 30 Canadian Praise and Worship Songs. Evangeline has also been featured in Worship Leader Magazine which is delivered each month to over 20,000 subscribers.


Evangeline has received the Covenant Award for Inspirational Album of the Year in 2007, 2008, and 2009. During these years, she was also the recipient of the Choir Song of the Year (2009), Gospel Song of the Year (2009), Classical/Traditional Song of the Year (2008), and a wide-range of other nominations including Southern Gospel Song of the Year, Christmas Song of the Year, and the Canadian Bible Society Scripture Song of the Year. She was also nominated for Gospel Recording of the Year in both 2007 and 2008 for the East Coast Music Awards.

Aside from her musical endeavours, Evangeline is also a sought after speaker who has travelled the world encouraging others. She is the founder and president of Women Who Worship conferences and has been a key speaker at each event. Alongside Evangeline, Women Who Worship conferences have featured world renowned speakers and recording artist such as Gloria Gaither, Rebecca St. James, Gigi Graham, Liz Curtis Higgs, Carol Kent, Florence Littauer, and many others. Since its humble beginning in 2004, well over 10,000 women have attended these conferences held in Canada, Indonesia, Singapore, and the US.

Throughout her career, Evangeline has consistently poured into the lives of others to provide encouragement, inspiration, and support. Both at her conferences and at private events, Evangeline has spoken on behalf of Compassion Canada and World Vision to help impoverished children around the world. She has served on the executive board of the Gospel Music Association (GMA) of Canada, and has taught piano, voice, and songwriting at at both colleges and Music Conferences in the USA and Canada. Today, she continues to inspire and uplift others as the lead pastor of Cornerstone Worship Centre in Fredericton, NB
